Action! Create your own stop-motion animations while learning a wide range of skills including operating a camera and tripod, how the stop-motion process works, creating characters, props, scenery and sound effects. Students see artist examples, plan storylines, and produce several animations. Limited to 10 students.

YOUNG ARTISTS | AGES 9 - 12: Pre-teens are developing their aesthetic sense and starting to pursue personally relevant ideas. Supplies provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Parents are asked to provide a snack for break time and a smock to protect clothing. All other supplies are included.
IMPORTANT: To ensure the age appropriateness of the curriculum, children must meet the age requirement listed with each course description by the beginning of class.
