INTRO TO KNITTING: BASIC BEANIES
Ages 18 + / Beginners / Amy Francisco-Nugent
Discover the joys of knitting and make your own winter beanie. Build basics by
learning to cast on, knit, and cast off making a simple garter stitch dishcloth. Then
level up to simple shaping by learning to purl and knit in the round, giving you
all the tools you need to make a cool cozy knit hat. Discussions include accessing
online pattern databases and pattern/material selection to send students off on
their own projects beyond this course. Materials list provided.
