Ages 6 – 8 | Alex Kraeger

Kids create sculptures continuously with clay and glaze, recyclables, fibers, plaster, wire and more as they build sculptures and create continuously. Students learn about famous sculptors and ceramists while making art in the School of Art’s historic Ceramics Studio. Materials provided.

SATURDAYS, 9 - 11:30 a.m.
6 classes / 15 contact hours

*Face coverings and social distancing required.

LOCATION: Ceramics Studio Building, Enter from main parking lot, through rear of Ceramics building from the museum side.

PLEASE NOTE: Parents are asked to provide a snack for break time and a smock to protect clothing. All other supplies are included. Snack break will be outside so that kids can take a mask break as well.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the age appropriateness of the curriculum, children must meet the age requirement listed with each course description by the beginning of class.
